At Priority Health Initiative we understand that change can be difficult, but it is possible.
We believe that life’s challenges are often unrealized triumphs that can materialize with the right type of help. If you are ready to address long-standing behaviors that prevent you from experiencing optimal health and well-being, then you are in the right place. With a behavioral health professional by your side, your specific health needs and desires will be assessed. Realistic wellness goals are then set, and through a unique one-on-one experience you will acquire the necessary knowledge, tools, skills, and motivation that result in a healthier, higher quality of life as a direct result of behavioral change in you!
Health Coaching provides needed support
Individual coaching offers one-on-one support from certified coaches to help you meet health and wellness goals that are often tough to accomplish on your own.
​​Group or couple coaching offers the same support from our certified coaches that help you meet your health and wellness goals, plus you gain additional assistance by working with your partner or a network of individuals who have similar goals as you!
