Brooke O'Neal

Secretary

Brooke O'Neal is a woman of many talents. She holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina Central University. Her areas of focus are trauma and substance use disorder. Additional research interests include foster care efficacy models and protocols for parents seeking reunification with their children exiting the foster care system. Further, she follows research about women’s issues with a focus on sexual abuse, as well as female social and emotional development.

 

Brooke holds a second Master of Trust and Wealth Management degree from Campbell University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Meredith College. She has an extensive background in corporate finance and compliance with experience that spans the legal field, private sector technology, advertising agencies, and higher education. Brooke is also a Certified Life Coach.

When not focused on learning, Brooke enjoys spending time with her family. This includes cuddling her young nephew and traveling with her older nephew as an honorary band auntie. She also enjoys diving into the unknown to find answers and devising plans for courses of action.
